Measure and prepare ingredients to make churros.

Add 130g of thick soybean soup to a pot and bring to a boil 1/4t of salt to a boil.

Add butter and melt.

When the soybean soup with salt and butter boils, reduce the heat to low and add the sifted powder, stirring several times with a spatula.

Cool the dough slightly and add 20g of eggs to adjust the texture of the dough and stir with a spatula to blend well.

Place a suitable amount of dough in a piping bag with a star tip.

Squeeze the dough evenly into a 10cm stick shape in a piping bag.

Fry 10cm stick-shaped dough until golden brown for 2 to 3 minutes at 180 oil temperature

It's good to cook it until it's fully cooked!

Place kitchen towel on top and take out the fried churros and place them on top.

Mix topping sugar and cinnamon powder evenly over warm churros.

When the churros are finished, place them neatly on a plate.
