  • Bean sprouts
    3handful
  • Anchovy pack again

  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame oil

  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
  • chili
    1ea
  • thick soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder
    wanted
  • Salt
  • Beef
    1handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash and trim the bean sprouts well
STEP 2/10
Put the anchovies back in the pot and bring to a boil
STEP 3/10
Cut a handful of beef
STEP 4/10
In a frying pan, beef
half a tablespoon of minced garlic
a tablespoon of sesame oil
a tablespoon of soy sauce
Add that and stir-fry it

Chop one chili pepper
STEP 6/10
Take out the anchovies pack from the boiling broth
Add the stir-fried beef
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add bean sprouts, chili peppers, and boil
Don't close the lid and just boil it
