STEP 1/14
Please prepare the ingredients.
Put the egg at room temperature and use it in a lukewarm state,
Prepare butter by melting it in a microwave so that it is not too hot.
(If it's hot, the eggs are cooked...)
Please preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
STEP 2/14
Please prepare a ripe banana!
Uncooked bananas are not recommended..
Cook it a day or two later.
STEP 3/14
Mash the bananas with a fork.
You can control the amount of mashing as much as you want!
STEP 4/14
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a whipper beforehand.
STEP 5/14
Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk with a whisk. Mix simply enough to mix the ingredients!
Overmixing can make the muffin tough.
STEP 6/14
Add mashed bananas and mix them together
STEP 7/14
Sift the powder and put it in.
The cocoa powder I prepared was lumped together, so I sift it down.
If not, it's not a very necessary process.
Since I mixed the powder with a whipper, I usually skip it.
STEP 8/14
Mix it with a spatula.
You can't make it look like a dough while you're kneading!!
Again, overmixing!
STEP 9/14
Add chocolate chips and mix roughly.
STEP 10/14
Fill the muffin cup with about 70% dough.
STEP 11/14
(Optional) For toppings, you can put sliced bananas, chocolate chips, nuts, etc~~!
STEP 12/14
Bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 13/14
Lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
Cake and muffins are
Always be wary of overmixing!
