Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Shred an onion the day before and marinate it in the refrigerator for a day
* Seasoning ingredients (2 times): red pepper paste 1T, red pepper powder 0.5t, soy sauce 4T, cooking wine 4T, sugar 2T, sesame oil 1T, lemon juice (or vinegar) 2T
*Sesame oil is a must, adding savory flavor
*It's more delicious if you cut cucumbers long and marinate them together

I defrosted 80g of frozen gizzard shad and cut it (1 serving)
*Fried horse mackerel is good to eat by freezing fresh sashimi and then defrosting it
*If you make two bowls, prepare 160g of sashimi for two people

Add sliced raw fish and marinate for an hour or two
*Stir the seasoning up and down well so that the sweetness of the sinking sugar spreads evenly

Cut 100g of noodles into a rice cooker, pour 600ml of boiling water, and reheat for 9 minutes
