Then the nurungji scent will slowly come out. If you want to make more nurungji, you can make more than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the light with the lid closed. After that, put the lid back on and make sure to put it on. With that residual heat, you can make a more chewy pot rice. It's not hard to make hot pot rice.

While rice is being made, add brewed soy sauce, minced garlic, natural seasoning seafood broth, red pepper powder, plum juice, green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the seasoning that was made before mixing them well for a while.
