STEP 1/11
Prepare carrots, green onions, onions, green peppers, and cabbage

Put green onions in the wok first and heat it up
Then, add oil and add green onion oil

When the scallion is slightly cut in the oil
I heard that the scents of green onions will be cut off no matter what you eat with the oil. :)
Keep that in mind.

If there's enough green onion oil, add squid and stir-fry it first
Add 1.3T of sugar and stir-fry it

When the ingredients are cooked, add sugar
The sweetness doesn't permeate the squid

When the squid is half cooked, add the sauce and stir-fry together~~ You might think it'll be salty with 5T of soy sauce, but it's okay
Even if the sauce looks a bit strong, it's perfect with a lot of vegetables

I turned on the gas and stir-fried it, so it smells more like fire

Add the sauce and stir-fry it on high heat, pour half a cup of water, and boil it again
I don't add water to stir-fry squid

The vegetables are crunchy and the smell of fire is crunchy
