Overcoming COVID-19! Sweet Blueberry Jam: Vacuum packaging, even
Sweet is the best for stress! I share the recipe for blueberry jam, vacuum packaging, and the reason why I put lemon juice. It's simple, so you can make it quickly around the end of the season! If you vacuum-pack it like a market, you can leave it and buy it as rich as jam

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse blueberries quickly in vinegar-free water.
STEP 2/7
Drain in a sieve and gently drain with a kitchen towel or tea towel.
STEP 3/7
Hot water: Bring to a boil with enough water to soak the glass bottle. With the lid.
Bring to a boil for about 15 minutes, remove from heat and let stand for a while.
STEP 4/7
Place the dried blueberries in a skillet and mix with the sugar and lemon juice. Use a spoon or spatula to coat evenly with sugar.
STEP 5/7
Bring to a boil over medium heat. I don't really like round blueberry jam, so I tend to crush it with a spoon.
When it reaches the boiling point and starts to boil, bubbles form. Remove the foam and throw it away.
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick.
STEP 6/7
When you spill it with a spoon, test it on a plate when it doesn't flow like the first time, but has some concentration.
It shouldn't run down too much, and it's a good concentration if it stops after flowing a little.
STEP 7/7
Carefully put the blueberry jam in a dry bottle, and arrange the entrance with a slightly damp kitchen towel.
Close the lid tightly when it's hot, and put it upside down to make it vacuum. If it gets cold without any warmth, you can set it back up. I just leave it like this for two days.
It's packed in a vacuum state, so when you open the jam, it's like a commercial! It makes a sound ^^
Add or decrease the amount of sugar to your liking! I put 250g of strawberry jam and 210g of blueberry jam. All fruits are 500g + 1/4 lemon juice (1 big spoon). I used a wooden spoon for video sound, but use silicone or steel. It gets stained and becomes unusable.
