I used dried shiitake mushrooms.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for 10 minutes.

I washed 2 cups of rice and soaked it.
It's easy to cook rice if you soak rice, kelp, water, and dried shiitake mushrooms in advance.

Put the soaked shiitake mushrooms and minced beef in a wide bowl
Mix 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sesame oil well.
I used gizzard shad, but you can use flavored or dark soy sauce.

Chop the green onion into small pieces.
