Ingredients
  • Cellophane noodles
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Eggs
    2piece
  • square fish cake
    1piece
  • King oyster mushroom
    1ea
  • Garlic
    2piece
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Oyster sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Pour 500 cc of water into a pot and when it starts to boil, add the glass noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 2/12
Prepare the ingredients while the course is ripe.
Slice onions, green onions, fish cakes, mushrooms, and beat 2 eggs to prepare.
STEP 3/12
Grease the pan, crush the garlic and start frying..
STEP 4/12
When the oil starts to boil, add the fish cake first and then add the onion.
After that, add the green onions and dab the pepper twice.
Add 2 spoons of sesame oil.
When onions turn transparent, empty the center of the pan and add 1 spoon of oyster sauce. Do not mix immediately and allow oyster sauce to boil on the pan for a while..
STEP 5/12
Stir-fry the vegetable ingredients and oyster sauce evenly and then add the shredded saesongi mushroom.
Do not stir-fry mushrooms for too long. If you stir-fry it for too long, mushroom water comes out and the vegetables become thick.
Stir-fry until lightly cooked.
When mushrooms are cooked, turn off the heat and remove from the stove for a while.
I'm going to put the noodles in the pan later
STEP 6/12
Put the noodles in a pot for 5 minutes and rinse them with cold water..
Rinse, stirring with hands.
STEP 7/12
Put oil on the pan and stir-fry the noodles over medium heat.
If you fry it in oil, the glass noodles won't get soggy.
When the glass noodles are fried in oil, it becomes more transparent. Turn the heat to low and sprinkle salt three times. I just grab it with three fingers and spray it. Stir chopsticks and sprinkle 2 spoons of soy sauce. Season the glass noodles with soy sauce.
The color of the glass noodles turns light brown.
Put the glass noodles in the frying pan into the pan you moved earlier.
STEP 8/12
Make egg garnish while waiting for glass noodles to cool slightly.
I fry the eggs as if they're slightly burnt. If you fry it too lightly, it'll break while chopping.
Cook slowly over low heat.. You only flip it once. Please raise it slightly with chopsticks and check if it's burning too much.
STEP 9/12
When the egg garnish is complete, fold it like the picture and slice it.
STEP 10/12
The egg garnish is made consistent and long.
It's simple
STEP 11/12
Mix the noodles in the pan with your hands. If you think it's mixed to a certain extent, add the last shredded egg garnish and toss slightly. If you put too much force, the egg will break. Be careful.
Remove the seasoned vegetables, eat only the glass noodles, and add a little salt.
STEP 12/12
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. It's done.
It was glass noodles made of ingredients in the refrigerator without any special ingredients.
There are always mushrooms and fish cakes in my refrigerator. ^^;
