Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the garlic into thick pieces and cut the shrimp into bite-size pieces.

Heat the pan and melt the oil and butter.
STEP 3/5
Add garlic and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn.

Add shrimp and stir-fry.

Add rice and sprinkle salt and oyster sauce over the rice and stir-fry evenly.
If you don't like garlic, control the amount of garlic. However, the slight scent of garlic actually enhances the flavor. The fried garlic doesn't taste like Arin, so children can eat it well.
