Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the whole garlic on one side
STEP 2/8
Clean the Gongsimchae and cut it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 3/8
Add cooking oil and stir-fry garlic and Vietnamese pepper until brown
STEP 4/8
Add 1/2 spoon of soy sauce and stir-fry it
STEP 5/8
Add the roots of Gongsimchae and stir-fry it
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the stems and add the leaves of Gongsimchae
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry oyster sauce, tuna sauce, and mirin over high heat
STEP 8/8
When the sauce is evenly mixed in Gongsimchae, put it in a bowl and enjoy it ^^
When you stir-fry Gongsimchae, you need to stir-fry the hard roots first and then add soft leaves ^^ And from the moment the Gongsimchae goes in, stir-fry it over high heat!

    It's delicious!!! But I used the same recipe even though it was 400 grams of Gongsimchae, but it was a little bland for my taste, so I added more spices
