Meatball tomato risotto: I made it with IKEA meatballs :)

Ingredients
  • crushed garlic

  • Meatball
    4~5ea
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
1) Add all the stir-fry ingredients and stir-.
I love the smell of garlic on my food, so I stir-fry it first in the order of minced garlic and minced onions :) And even though I couldn't capture it in the picture, I cut the meatballs enough to eat and stir-fry them together! (Simply season with salt and pepper!)
STEP 2/4
2) Add the sauce ingredients to the stir-fried ingredients.
Add tomato sauce and milk to add more abundance to the sauce and stir-fry it so that it mixes well with each other. :)
STEP 3/4
3) If you add rice and stir-fry it well, the risotto is done.
Normally, it's rice, but what's left at home is grain rice.. But if you put in air, stir-fry it hard, and it gets thick, it's over!
STEP 4/4
If you add more cheese or parsley to the finished risotto, I think you can make a delicious tomato risotto even if you eat it. :)
