STEP 1/13
This is 3mm 400g of pho noodles and 88g of 4flavors plus broth pack I used.
STEP 2/13
First, soak rice noodles in cold water for an hour.
STEP 3/13
Please prepare onions, cheongyang peppers, red peppers, and green onions.
STEP 4/13
Add 4 packs of Forflavor Plus to 2L water and simmer.
STEP 5/13
Blanch the washed bean sprouts in boiling water prepared separately for 30 seconds.
STEP 6/13
Drain the bean sprouts that have been blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds.
STEP 7/13
When the broth starts to boil, add the sliced onions.
STEP 8/13
Add beef for shabu-shabu and 4T for sea captain to the broth.
Please take out the broth pack.
STEP 9/13
Boil rice noodles in boiling water for 40 seconds.
STEP 10/13
Drain the blanched pho noodles.
STEP 11/13
Put pho noodles in a bowl first.
STEP 12/13
Put the bean sprouts on it.
STEP 13/13
Add the broth and beef on top, and then add the chopped Cheongyang red pepper, red pepper, and green onion. That's it!
*If you have chives, please chop them with chives instead of green onions and put them on top.
*If you like the spicy taste, it's good to boil the broth with Cheongyang red pepper.
*Make sure to soak the rice noodles 1 hour before cooking.
