Making egg benedict for a weekend brunch like today
ï I like to sleep in and eat brunch when I wake up on weekends. I eat it simply with bread and coffee, but sometimes I like egg Benedict, which feels like a brunch cafe at home. The ingredients on top of the egg benedict are as good as a brunch cafe when hollandise and poached eggs are on top, depending on the mood of the day and the refrigerator situation. ï

Combine holgrain mustard (2T) and mayonnaise (1T) and make sauce to spread over bread.

English muffins are easily available in Paris Baguette or nearby bakeries.

I'm going to make poached eggs now. At first, making poached eggs was so hard for me, so I wrapped them in plastic wrap, used ladle, and tried various methods, which was the easiest.
Bring to a boil and add a spoonful of vinegar in a deep skillet.
Then reduce the heat to almost no air bubbles and stir in a circle as large as possible.

Mix 2 egg yolks with a hand mixer or hand blender, then add Dijon mustard, lemon juice and salt and mix well.

By the time the butter is slowly poured out, the Hollandaise sauce is slightly thinner than mayonnaise

ï I really like this mix of pepper, so I always put a lot on it. It's good because the smell and taste of each pepper color are different. It especially goes well with this hollandaise sauce or avocado, Dab the yolk a little bit! If you pop it, it's fantastic. I'm not jealous of brunch cafes.
