STEP 1/10
ï
Please prepare the ingredients.
I used it because I have avocado and bacon at home. Mushrooms, asparagus, smoked salmon, and spinach are also great.
ï
STEP 2/10
Combine holgrain mustard (2T) and mayonnaise (1T) and make sauce to spread over bread.
STEP 3/10
ï
Cut the English muffin in half and bake it lightly in a frying pan.
English muffins are easily available in Paris Baguette or nearby bakeries.
Even if it's not necessarily English muffins, try a variety of bread types.
ï
STEP 4/10
ï
I'm going to make poached eggs now. At first, making poached eggs was so hard for me, so I wrapped them in plastic wrap, used ladle, and tried various methods, which was the easiest.
Bring to a boil and add a spoonful of vinegar in a deep skillet.
Then reduce the heat to almost no air bubbles and stir in a circle as large as possible.
Then you have a whirlwind in the middle of the pot,
When the tornado slowly subsides, gently add the pre-crushed eggs.
And cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, and that's it.
ï
Sieve carefully and place on kitchen towel to drain.
ï
ï
STEP 5/10
ï
Next, I'm going to make hollandaise sauce.
Mix 2 egg yolks with a hand mixer or hand blender, then add Dijon mustard, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
ï
STEP 6/10
Next, melt the butter in a medium bath or microwave oven to prevent it from burning, and whip it gently into the yolk.
By the time the butter is slowly poured out, the Hollandaise sauce is slightly thinner than mayonnaise
STEP 7/10
Slice the avocado into appropriate sizes, and bake the bacon deliciously.
STEP 8/10
Spread the Dijon mustard sauce on the baked bread.
STEP 9/10
Place bread on a plate and top with avocado, bacon and poached eggs.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle a lot of hollandaise sauce and add the mixed pepper to your taste.
ï
I really like this mix of pepper, so I always put a lot on it.
It's good because the smell and taste of each pepper color are different.
It especially goes well with this hollandaise sauce or avocado,
Dab the yolk a little bit! If you pop it, it's fantastic.
I'm not jealous of brunch cafes.
Make it taste and look like the ultimate egg Benedict.
It will be a more relaxing weekend morning :)
