First, soak the rice in advance for 30 minutes.

Peel the burdock. It's based on 100g of peeled burdock.

Put rice in a pressure cooker and add water equivalent to rice.

Place the stir-fried ingredients on the rice. I forgot to add kelp, but it tastes better if you add 2 pieces of kelp.

Cover the pressure cooker and heat it until it rises further. Heat it on high heat for about 8 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

I completely removed the pressure from the pressure cooker and opened the lid, and the burdock rice was completed.

Mix burdock rice evenly with a spatula.

Put the rice in a bowl and put the bibim sauce on it, and it's delicious burdock rice.
