They say that they become fat because they stay at home all the time. You can't add more food if it's delicious and dieting, right? Even if you eat kimchi fried rice as a late night snack, I made it easy to eat it when you're on a diet.

  • Kimchi

  • Bean sprouts

  • Pork

  • cooking wine

  • perilla oil

  • Sesame leaf

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the sour kimchi into small pieces and put it in a pan
*I didn't put in cooking oil, or sesame oil before frying.

They also defrost bean sprouts and pork together.

Add a little bit of cooking wine and stir-fry it quickly
STEP 4/7
Add half a bowl of cold rice and corn grains.
*It's not canned corn. It's boiled and frozen.Don't put canned corn because it's not helpful for dieting.
