Prepare barley corvina. If it's frozen barley, defrost it and prepare it.

Soak the barley corvina one at a time. Dip it in the dry flesh to the point where the water rises, and soak it for about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the dryness of the barley corvina. It's enough to get a little bit chubby and make the dried yellow corvina soft.

It is said that if you soak it in moxibustion, only your head floats. After soaking it in moxibustion, only my hair is floating! After soaking it for about an hour, you can see that the moxibustion turns a little yellow like in the picture.

Cut the softened barley corvina in moxibustion. Cut the tail fins properly with scissors,

Steam the dried yellow corvina. I had pine needles, so I steamed them on the ground, but if you don't have pine needles, you can steam them on cotton cloth or paper foil.
