I was in a hurry to eat breakfast alone, so it looks terrible, but it's really delicious! Other people make a lot of broth and sauce (?), but I used this recipe to add cabbage, bok choy, perilla leaves, mushrooms, and beef brisket, and a small amount of water that won't burn because I'm afraid I'll boil it in a wok. When I first tasted it, it was delicious, but it tasted so healthy that I put 2-3 spoons of Katsuo Jangguk soy sauce in the udon and it tasted like the nabe I ate at the Nabe restaurant!!! It's beef brisket [Laughing) I really enjoyed the meal.
