How to make sweet and salty soy sauce bibim udon
Soy sauce bibim udon is a recipe that I made after eating a food called aura soba in Osaka, Japan, and I also thought I should make this food. It doesn't taste like aura soba, but it's sweet and salty, so I think Koreans will like it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Slice the green onions thinly!
STEP 2/12
Cut the chives into 0.5cm to 1cm lengths.
STEP 3/12
Cut the front leg meat into bite-size pieces and remove the fat!
(I love having fat, so I didn't completely remove it.)

Chop up the garlic!
STEP 5/12
Dip 3 tbsp sugar, 50ml mirin, 50ml soy sauce, and pepper in a frying pan twice.
STEP 6/12
Put the meat in the frying pan and turn the heat on medium! And cook it~!
STEP 7/12
If it's boiling like this, turn off the heat!
You can boil it for 5 to 10 minutes!

Add the udon noodles to the boiling water and stir it for about 30 seconds!
STEP 9/12
When the udon noodles are all warmed up, take them out in a filter and shake off the water.
And put it in a bowl.

Place front leg meat, chopped green onions, and chives on top of the udon noodles. (Do not add any remaining soy sauce! If you put it in, you can't eat it because it's salty
STEP 11/12
Please put a small amount of seaweed powder in the middle of the day!

Gently place egg yolks on top of seaweed flakes, 1/3 tablespoon curry powder, and finely top with minced garlic.
Put the radish sprouts on the yolk as garnish, and that's it.
