Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel and prepare boiled eggs and prepare unseasoned chicken breast
STEP 2/6
Even if it's a slide, it's all stuck together, so I separated it
If it's not a slide, tear it with your hands and prepare it not too thin
STEP 3/6
Mix dark soy sauce/ oyster sauce/oligosaccharide/sugar to make a sauce and add 500ml of water and mix well
STEP 4/6
Put boiled eggs in a pot, pour soy sauce seasoning, add bay leaf and cheongyang pepper, and cook
*You can cut a large green onion and put it in instead of Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 5/6
When the soy sauce seasoning is marinated in half, put in the chicken breast. Add ginger(cooking wine) and mix well. Turn off the gas stove when there is about 1/3 of the soy sauce seasoning left
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish it off
If you cook it with 1/3 of the ingredients left, it's good to give it to children
