STEP 1/4
Put ingredients to boil with sashimi soy sauce in a rice cooker
4T of soy sauce, 4T of water, 2T of cooking wine, 1/4 onions, 1/2t of ginger powder (or 1t of ginger lump), 1T of sugar, 1t of whole pepper, small kelp
Please reheat it for 9 minutes

After reheating, open it, stir in 1T of anchovy powder, close the lid again, and wait until it cools. As it cools, you'll get the taste of anchovies
