STEP 1/8
First, clean the enoki mushrooms and cut the perilla leaves in half.

Please defrost the sliced pork belly in advance.

Place perilla leaves - enoki mushrooms on top of defrosted pork belly.

If you put all the ingredients on top, roll them up.
STEP 5/8
Place the sliced pork belly roll in a pan and grill both front and back.
STEP 6/8
Put 1T of sugar and 2T of soy sauce in a small bowl to make soy sauce.
Pour the soy sauce over the well-cooked pork belly roll.

Bring to a simmer and roll to cook.
STEP 8/8
If the sauce is cut well on the pork belly, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete the finalizes.
It's a good dish to make simply if you don't have enough pork belly at home.
