Ingredients
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • Cooking oil
    1spoon
  • leek
    1/2handful
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2/3spoon
  • egg
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare a bag of 150g enoki mushrooms, chopped green onions (mainly white), eggs, and anchovy sauce. Beat in the eggs in advance
STEP 2/6
Tear mushrooms moderately and cut into 1/3 equal parts.
You can cut it in half.
STEP 3/6
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the green onions for 30 seconds.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry enoki mushrooms for 1 minute and season with soy sauce or fish sauce.
STEP 5/6
Add the egg mixture and stir-fry it for one more minute
STEP 6/6
Super simple stir-fried mushrooms, which are good for diet and low-calorie side dishes, please enjoy :)
You can use either anchovy sauce, sand lance sauce, or soy sauce^^
