Rinse the manatees several times under running cold water.

Drain on a sieve.

Add olive oil, rosemary, and herb salt and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Slice whole garlic into thin slices.

Cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces so that they don't get crushed.

Cut baguette into bite-size and thick pieces.

Bake the baguette in a 180-degree preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes.

Preheat a cup of olive oil in a pan.

When the oil is preheated, cut and stir-fry sliced garlic and vinegar.

Fry garlic, stirring with a spoon, until golden.

When garlic is fried golden, add shrimp.

Cook evenly, stirring with a spoon.

Season with herb salt.

Finally, add tomatoes and black olives and turn off the heat.
