Stir-fry the marinated meat

When the meat is fried to a certain extent
Add onions, carrots, and enoki mushrooms together
Stir-fry the ingredients so that they blend well.

Lastly, add green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds
You can finish it with whatever you want.
(Because the mushrooms produce moisture, add green onions and stir-fry them over high heat.)
