Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Spaghetti noodles are for one serving if you roll it in a circle with your thumb and index finger and make it 50 won in diameter. Stir and chop the garlic. Chop the onions, please. It's parsley powder, rice wine, and pepperoncino. It's good to put in white wine, but I didn't have it, so I replaced it with Cheongju.

Cut peperoncino by hand, please. You can think of it as Italian pepper. You can make a strong spicy taste even if you use two or three. It's good to use for pasta or jjamppong.

Wash clams first, then put 1 tablespoon of thick salt in 500ml of cold water and cover them with a black bag. It's good to do it for at least 3 hours. When the sea is finished, rinse it again with clear water

I'm boiling spaghetti noodles. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to 2 liters of boiling water. Boil spaghetti noodles for 6 minutes. I'll stir-fry it again in the pan, so boil it short.

Don't rinse in cold water, take it out and mix it with olive oil to prevent the noodles from getting swollen.

Pour olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. Garlic burns easily when the fire is strong because it has a lot of starch. So don't make the heat too high and stir-fry it. Stir-fry onions and add pepperoncino.

Add a little salt and pepper and add clams. And add 2 tablespoons of white wine or rice wine.

Add boiled spaghetti noodles and a ladle of boiled spaghetti noodles. Sprinkle with parsley powder.
