Bean sprout bibimbap - Huh? What? Why is it good?
When I lived in China, there was a restaurant called Seoul Samgyetang run by a butler I met at a small Korean church in my neighborhood.
This restaurant, which is said to be surprised three times, even feels a bit dirty (?) when you go in the beginning...It was a place where people were surprised because the food was delicious, calculated, and surprised because it was too cheap, but it was 10 yuan in 2005 and 6, so it was a little over 1,000 won at the exchange rate at that time, so it was a price that even China, which was cheap, could remain.
The few menus were all delicious, and the honest butler was operating quite neatly, so I often visited them. The only menu was bean sprout bibimbap, rice soup, and samgyetang, but there were only one or two new menus added in the next few years. Among them, bean sprout bibimbap was so delicious that it was memorable.
Even after I left China, I often imitate the taste and eat it, but this bibimbap, which is so simple in terms of visual and ingredients, is so delicious that I'm sorry and I want to pat you if I know where the butt is.
