4 boiled potatoes, 200 ml of soybean soup, 100 ml of fresh cream, 1/2 chopped onions, 1/2 chopped carrots, 25g of curry powder, 1t of pepper, 1t of salt

Stir-fry chopped onions and carrots in an oiled frying pan.

Stir-fry onions until golden and carrots are cooked enough.
The more you fry the onions, the sweeter the curry becomes!

If the vegetables are stir-fried enough, add 100ml of soybean soup.
If you add bean soup to curry, you can make a soft and savory curry :)
You may add fresh cream to your liking.

Bring to a boil over low heat.
Please be careful not to boil it down because the fire.

If the edges start to boil little by little, add 25g of curry powder.
It is recommended to divide the powder little by little so that it does not clump together.

Mix the soup and curry powder well.
It's also good to turn off low heat or heat.
You can adjust the amount of soybean soup and curry powder to suit your taste :)

Add the boiled udon noodles to the boiling water for 30 seconds and mix well.

First, mash the boiled potatoes.
