It's cold dumpling bean soup made with thick bean soup
I happened to see a recipe contest, so I hesitated whether to try it or not, but I decided to try it and made a recipe.
This recipe is a bit different from the existing cold bean noodles, so I made cold dumpling soup with dumplings instead of noodles. I was thinking about using a big dumpling, but when I cut it to eat it, the ingredients poured out, so I didn't want the soup to be messy and oily, so I chose a boiled dumpling that can fit in my mouth.
When I took a spoonful of dumplings and bean soup and put it in my mouth, the thick bean soup and dumplings went really well together^^
