Making roux for sauce while frying cooking oil and flour over low heat. Stir well so that it doesn't burn.

When boiled over low heat, it becomes thick brown.

Add water and sauce and stir well to boil

Sausages are grilled with cuts

After making green onion oil, stir-fry vegetables and shrimp in a pan with cooking oil. You can skip the shrimp. I'm going to season it with salt

Add rice and stir-fry a little bit of Worcester sauce and put it on a plate

Beat the eggs in the pan and when the bottom is slightly cooked, pull both ends with chopsticks and slowly turn the pan and cook only 60-70%

Put the egg on top of the fried rice

Pour the sauce and put the sausage on top
If you don't have Worcester sauce, you can have soy sauce. 3 eggs per person. I purposely removed ketchup from fried rice. If you like it, add it
