It's a cookie I made during the rainy season. It happened to be in a can of corn, so I made it. It's not crispy but moist. The texture of the popping corn wasn't bad! Corn cookies! Try making them.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Drain the corn in a colander and drain it thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Add a little bit of powder and coat it.

Gently dissolve room temperature butter and room temperature cream cheese, then add sugar and salt and mix well.

Add eggs little by little and mix well. You don't have to melt all the sugar, just enough to touch the thick sugar, mix the eggs

Add sifted flour, corn flour, baking powder, and mix to a certain extent..

Add pretreated corn and mix well.
