STEP 3/7
Put 3 more cups of chicken stock in a pot and boil over medium heat.
When the porridge starts to boil, turn the heat to low heat
Bring to a boil, stirring, not to press for about 10 minutes.
If you don't have enough stock, add water or chicken stock.
STEP 4/7
While the porridge is boiling, make a meatball to put in the congee. Today is shrimp meatballs.
Grind frozen shrimp in a blender, add 1ts soy sauce, a little bit of salt, pepper, and 1ts of minced garlic.
+ If you don't have shrimp, you can have pork.
The way to make pork meatballs is the same
STEP 6/7
When the congee boils up, season it with soy sauce 1T, fish sauce 1T, salt to your liking, and if there is ginger powder, add a small amount of it. It brings the taste back to life!
Fish sauce doesn't matter
Shape the meatballs with a spoon and put them in a cornzi.
