Suwon Wanggalbi Whole Chicken Recipe
Fried chicken mixed with sweet and salty galbi sauce! Suwon is famous for short ribs. I really wanted to eat it after watching an extreme job movie. I did it myself this time!! * Using a fryer (deep fryer)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Let's make the sauce first.
Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to the pan.
Stir-fry 1 spoon of chopped onion.

Mix 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of Miwon, 1 spoon of pepper, 1 spoon of starch syrup, 0.5 spoon of fine red pepper powder, 0.5 spoon of ground garlic, 1 teaspoon of coke and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Cook 8 whole garlics in microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in advance and simmer slightly with 3 spoons of water.

Now, fry the fried chicken.

Prepare a mixture of 2 cups of frying powder and 2 spoons of chicken powder.
Preheat the fryer to 335-340 degrees.
Put the batter evenly on the milk batter chicken, and put the chicken in the fryer.
1st frying pan 4 minutes and 30 seconds -> (rest air exposure 1 minute) -> 2nd frying pan 30 seconds
STEP 6/7
Mix the fried chicken with the big galbi sauce you made earlier.
STEP 7/7
Sweet and salty king Suwon king galbi chicken is done!
It's perfect with rice or as a chibap!
It's quite addictive, so I think I'll think of it often.
You can add spicy flavor if you add fresh pepper at the end of the large galbi sauce
