Pad Thai noodles
The chewy texture is attractive
I chose a large bowl of rice noodles.

Soak rice noodles in warm water.

2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar (or 2 tbsp)
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
Water comes out when you stir-fry seafood

according to circumstances
If it's dry, add 1/2 cup water
You can stir-fry it together.

Add silantro and bean sprouts
Mix it quickly
STEP 12/15
Turn off the light.
I don't have enough liver
Add oyster sauce or fish sauce.

Put it on a plate
Sprinkle some peanut dust
