Making malatang with pork and Fuji
Instead of expensive beef, we made it with cheap frozen pork Fuji. (It takes 40 minutes, but it's based on frozen meat.) 2 servings for a meal that only eats malatang. If you eat it with rice, it's three servings. I think it'll be four servings for a side dish.

Cooking Steps

Soak corn noodles in water

Defrost frozen pork Fuji with oil. (If it's refrigerated, skip it)

Meanwhile, prepare and clean bok choy and mushroom frozen shrimp

Prepare enough defrosted meat
Store the rest in the freezer again.

Take out the pot, add 1 spoon of lard and cook with pork. (If you don't close the lid of the pot, the meat will get dry. Close tightly)

When the pork is cooked, add 5 to 6 cups of water. (The amount of water is personal preference)

When it boils again, add the soaked corn noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
