  • Cheddar cheese

  • cooking wine

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Marinate beef for a while with 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, and a little salt & pepper
STEP 2/9
I'd like to cut half of the onion
STEP 3/9
In a frying pan, stir-fry butter, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, and onion over low heat
STEP 4/9
When the onion is golden, add the beef
STEP 5/9
When the meat is cooked, tear the pepperoncino apart and put it in
STEP 6/9
Next, add 2 cups (270 ml) of milk
STEP 7/9
Boil over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper (taste and add more)
STEP 8/9
Add 3 sheets of cheddar cheese to simmer
STEP 9/9
Mix the cheese with a spatula to melt well, and turn off the heat if it becomes slightly viscous as you taste it
If you put carbonara sauce on top of the rice and eat it, it's really delicious
