STEP 1/6
Prepare corn, butter, mayonnaise, sugar, cheddar cheese, and parsley.

Melt the butter in a small frying pan or earthen pot.

Add 2/1 cans of corn and stir not to burn.

Add 3t of mayonnaise, 1t of sugar and stir again.

Add a sheet of cheddar cheese to top, reduce to low heat, cover and melt the cheese.

When the cheese melts, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top. That's it!
Sweet and greasy are the perfect side dishes for beer.

I thought there should be mozzarella cheese for corn cheese
It's good enough without mozzarella cheese.
Thanks to the salty taste of cheddar cheese, it's the best.
