Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Place yeast powder, sugar and salt in gravity flour out of touch.
(It interferes with yeast fermentation)
STEP 2/11
Cover with flour, please.
STEP 3/11
Add warm water and milk to the dough and mix with a spatula, then mix with your hands to form a lump.
Fold and knead dough for 15 minutes. (In case of hand kneading)
When you open and stretch the dough, knead it until a thin film is formed.
STEP 4/11
Make the dough round and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Place the dough ball on a bowl of warm water and put it in a stove
Let it ferment for an hour.
(You can just ferment it in the humid and hot summer.)^^)
STEP 5/11
It expands twice and if you press it with one finger, the mark doesn't come up
If you stay, you're done^^
STEP 6/11
Press the dough to remove the gas lightly. Divide it into 7 to 8 pieces and make it round
Cover it with plastic wrap for the second fermentation.
20 to 30 minutes
STEP 7/11
The dough is 1.5 times bigger.
STEP 8/11
Use a rolling pin or pull it all the way with your hands to shape it thinly.
An isosceles triangle?!In the shape...!
STEP 9/11
Half garlic butter naan.
Prepare melted butter and garlic (2:1) and brush or spoon over the naan. parsley brush
Please sprinkle it.
Bake in a 200 degree preheating oven for 10 minutes.
STEP 10/11
Grill it until it's golden brown.
STEP 11/11
For plain naan, put a little olive oil on the stretched naan dough
Put it on a heated pan for 1 to 2 minutes
Please turn it upside down.
(You can bake it in the oven)
Plating the completed naan^^
I usually use strong flour, but you can use gravity flour to make delicious naan^^ Strong flour is more chewy. If you sprinkle honey on the butter garlic It's going to be buttergarlic honey. If you grill it in the oven, it's crispy. If you grill it in the pan It's crispy and chewy^^

I have a question before I make it~ Can I leave it at room temperature after fermentation the day before and grill it the next day? I'm going to make dough before I go to other regions, but I'm wondering if it's possible ^^

It's an easy and delicious recipe. Thanks to you, I made it twice and ate it well. When I go to a restaurant, I added expensive money and ate it, and now I like it because I can eat a lot at home. Thank you
