Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shred shiitake mushrooms and onions, chop Cheongyang peppers, chop garlic, and slice 2.
STEP 2/6
Prepare the eggs with fried eggs.
STEP 3/6
Add 3T of cooking oil in a pan and green onion pork belly pepper and cook it slightly first.
STEP 4/6
When the meat is half cooked, stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, onions, and garlic slices.
STEP 5/6
When the vegetables are out of breath, stir-fry soy sauce 1~2T, oligosaccharide 1T, sugar 1T, oyster sauce 1T, and cooking wine 1T so that they do not burn.

Lastly, if you put Cheongyang red pepper and 1T of sesame oil, it's super simple cold-haired shiitake mushroom with rice!
