Mature Kimchi Flatfish Sushi: How to Use Smart Mature Kimchi
Using the delivered halibut sashimi and ripe kimchi, I made a simple raw halibut sashimi.

  • flatfish

  • Wasabi

  • Vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the ripened kimchi seasoning with water, drain, and cut into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/8
Mix together the amount of sweetened vinegar ingredients.
STEP 3/8
I'm going to use some of the delivered halibut sashimi.
STEP 4/8
Mix the prepared sweet vinegar water with the rice.
STEP 5/8
Make the right size sushi, then add the right amount of wasabi.
STEP 6/8
Please put flatfish sashimi on top of wasabi.
STEP 7/8
Lastly, put ripe kimchi on top of halibut sashimi.
STEP 8/8
I added ripe kimchi to halibut sashimi and enjoyed two versions at the same time by making super-simple aged halibut sashimi.
