  • red pepper paste

  • thick soy sauce

  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Water
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • plum extract
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add the ingredients for the sauce recipe and mix them well
STEP 2/6
Cut the green onion into the size of a finger. Remove only the roots of enoki mushrooms.
STEP 3/6
Put the green onions in the enoki mushroom and fix it
STEP 4/6
Make two packs of enoki mushrooms as above
STEP 5/6
Grill the mushroom sauce a little bit, and then put the sauce on top and cook it again

Grill all the mushrooms, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and finish cooking ^^
