Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Chop the ingredients for the broth, including onions, carrots, and garlic
STEP 2/12
Olive oil - Onion, Garlic - Add parsley and stir-fry slightly. (Do not stir-fry until it's colored.)
STEP 3/12
Add clams, pour enough water to cover the clams, and add all the rest of the broth ingredients (carrots, pepper, bay leaves)
STEP 4/12
When it boils over medium heat, reduce the heat to low and the clams
Boil it until you open your mouth

When you open your mouth, take all the clams and boil it a little more
Strain the broth through a strainer
STEP 6/12
Chop the onion, garlic, and parsley, and slice the chili pepper

Add 2T olive oil and stir-fry onion and garlic until slightly colored, then add parsley and stir-fry until completely colored
STEP 8/12
Add 6T of clam broth and 2T of noodle water. When it boils, add noodles and chili peppers
STEP 9/12
Mix a lot of noodles, but if you don't have enough broth, add more. (Mix a lot of noodles to make it delicious)
STEP 10/12
When the noodles are fully cooked, add clams and stir-fry them for the last time. Turn off the heat and it's done

Add 1000g of water + 5g of salt, and when the water boils, add the noodles and boil it 1-2 minutes less than the time shown in the product
After cooking, don't throw away the water. Leave some noodles
