- I used chicken mixed with boneless chicken leg meat and tenderloin meat.
- Noodles suck up the soup, so we used only a little bit because we like small soups.
- I simply used frozen dumplings for dumplings.
- I didn't use potatoes for this cooking.
- I used medium-sized onions.
- Cheongju was added to remove the smell of chicken, so if you don't have it, you can remove it or use other cooking alcohol such as white wine.
- Noduyu was added for coloring, so if you don't have it, you can take it out.
- If you don't have oyster sauce, you can season it with soy sauce.
- Brown sugar doesn't matter if you use other types of sugar.
- Honey doesn't matter if you use oligosaccharide or starch syrup.
- Pepperoncino is added to add a spicy taste, so it's okay to take it out if you don't have it or have a young child.
- Add ginger powder as much as you can smell.
