STEP 1/15
First, warm milk
Fold the instant yeast into a whisk
Please wake up the yeast.
STEP 2/15
Add 70g of sugar and mix it well with a whisk
STEP 3/15
Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well.
STEP 4/15
adding flour
Divide the flour into three to four times.
First, I added 1/3 of the flour and mixed it well.
STEP 5/15
Second, add flour
Mix it well again,
Now add a teaspoon of salt.
STEP 6/15
If you add the rest of the flour
The shape of the dough comes out.
It's too much for a whisk
I'm starting to knead it with my hands.
STEP 7/15
If the flour is mixed well
Add 50g of butter
Knead until it seeps in.
It's hard because it's so clingy.
STEP 8/15
I'm going to sprinkle a lot of flour on the cutting board
Put the dough on top of it.
In the beginning, make the dough like handwashing
Then, I folded the dough.
Knead about 10 minutes.
It's kind of hard to explain how to knead in pictures, so I recommend watching my videos!
STEP 9/15
And ferment at room temperature for 3 hours.
STEP 10/15
After fermentation, sprinkle enough flour on the cutting board. Remove the fermented dough.
Press down with your fingers to remove the gas and make it into a circle like pizza dough. And cut it into equal sizes, please.
STEP 11/15
One piece at a time, roll it up and fold it
It's like wrapping cloth, and you make it round by touching it. (Refer to video and recommend)
STEP 12/15
Put the dough in a buttered mold
STEP 13/15
Cover the dough with flour-coated wrap. Wait an hour.
STEP 14/15
Mix egg yolk with a little milk to make egg water. Spread on the brioche bread.
Put in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP 15/15
When the mold cools, use rubber or wood spachula
Spread between bread and mold.
If you flip it over, the brioche bread will come out. :)
The two of us ate only this bread for a week Haha
I put on strawberry jam, nutella, blueberry jam!
You should try making it with hand kneading too :)
