Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Season the pork, which is about two fists, with 1T of cooking wine and salt and pepper.
STEP 2/6
Prepare vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Please chop and prepare Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 3/6
Put 4T of cooking oil in a pan and cook the meat first, then stir-fry the vegetables that are hard to cook in the order of potato -> carrot -> onion.

When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, add 1/3 of 100g of curry powder first and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/6
When the vegetables are cooked, add 700ml of water and the rest of the curry powder and stir well to boil.

When it becomes thick and the potatoes are cooked, it's almost done! Lastly, if you add the spicy hot pepper, the spicy curry is complete!
I like spicy things, so even if I use spicy curry powder, it didn't become the spicy I wanted, but it became more delicious when I cut and ate Cheongyang red pepper! If you like spicy food, I strongly recommend it!
