Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables, and it tastes good even if you season it and eat it as Jeon, but it's simple and delicious if you mix it with rice and mix it with the sauce!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the eggplant diagonally into appropriate pieces.
STEP 2/7
Slice the green onion and garlic to make green onion oil.

Chop up the chives and cheongyang peppers for the sauce.

Put the chives and cheongyang peppers in a bowl and add the seasoning as much as you measure to make the sauce.
