Cooking beef seaweed soup, using rice water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Soak seaweed in water beforehand, put 4T of sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the sun first.
STEP 2/4
When the meat is stir-fried, add the soaked seaweed and stir-fry enough so that the water disappears
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry the seaweed enough and pour the rice water into the pot. I put it in a soup bowl about five times. Pour it according to the size of the pot!
STEP 4/4
Boil it for about 20 minutes, add 4T of soy sauce, boil it over medium low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes, and the rest of the seasoning is salt, and it's delicious beef seaweed soup!
If you use rice water, it becomes more plain and savory seaweed soup! If you take rice water and put it in the refrigerator, it becomes a good broth!
