Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place cooking wine and octopus in bowl and let stand for 15 minutes
STEP 2/9
Add soy sauce, sugar and minced garlic and make seasoning in advance
STEP 3/9
Add olive oil to boiling water and boil pasta noodles for 8 minutes
