Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please chop the onions and prepare them. I used 4 baby onions, but it's the size of a regular size.
STEP 2/5
Grill the frozen tteok-galbi well, drain the oil, and cut it into small pieces to make it easy to eat.

Please prepare the egg with egg garnish. You can grill scrambled eggs or fried eggs to your liking!
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry onions in a pan with 2 tons of cooking oil, then add 3 tons of soy sauce, 1.5 tons of sugar, and pepper and stir-fry well.
STEP 5/5
On top of the warm rice, stir-fried onions, grilled short rib patties, and egg garnish, sprinkle mayonnaise, and you're done!
You can add seaweed flakes to your taste!
