STEP 1/6
Please cut the vegetables and prepare them. It's a small earthen pot for one person, so you can prepare little by little. I cut half a handful of pumpkins and onions.
Seafood mix helps defrost.

Put the earthen pot over low heat, add 1t of minced garlic, 1t of red pepper powder, and 2t of canola oil, and stir-fry them to make chili oil.

When the chili oil is complete, stir-fry the vegetables and seafood mix

After frying the ingredients once, add a cup of water with a paper cup and add 1t of anchovy sauce, 1t of red pepper powder, and 1t of soy sauce.

When the soup starts to boil, add half of soft tofu, boil it, and add an egg.

Beat in eggs and turn off heat 5 seconds later. Add green onions and cheongyang peppers and cook the eggs with residual heat to complete the spicy seafood soft tofu stew!
You can add the eggs without beating them, but you can eat them more softly if you do. When you use an earthen pot, the heat keeps rising, so it's better to keep it on low heat.
